Have you ever wondered or questioned your life and the lives of the people around you and wanted to ask What is your story? What have you gone through? What have you experienced? What have you learned? in order to feel less alone? Questions like this have always intrigued me, being a curious person. Ever since I was child I have been fascinated with people's life stories. The truth; the grit; the fear; the joy and especially the love.  Storytelling, I believe, is not only transformative for our own lives but the lives of other people as it gives us a deeper, more meaningful and more empathic connection with one another.

In this blog, it is vitally important to me to listen to your individual, real life, love stories and write them in a way that is met with empathetic understanding. They’re precious and so they should be treated like gifts. Alongside this, I aim to make ‘Unfolding Hearts’ a series within my blog that is inclusive, relatable and, of course, fun! Laughs are a definite must here!

So… where do we begin!? This is where all of you come in. If you are single, a couple, cherish your Mum, have experienced loss, had a special relationship with your Grandfather or quite simply have a relationship story that you believe should be told then I’d love to hear from you. Love comes in all different forms: young, old, short, long, unrequited, complicated and unexpected and so all stories, no matter the kind, will be accepted.
